You fail to understand that high sec is the safest place for grieffers, not for pve or regular pvp dudes. Grieffing is against CCP's rules and Concord mechanics abuses/exploits deserve a special treatment, and when those are not functioning properly or bug they must be reviewed.
Players feedbak is important to change things in the game that are game breaking of bad experience for the community or a part of it, even if it's the part of it you hate.

The very best solo content I've ever experienced in Eve is exploration and null sec exploration rewards, solo sanctums in null sec (yummy rats at 1.5M bounty and +) and gank, those activities don't need team work and I can do it whenever I have some time, plus my loss or risk are very small while rewards are huge except ganking.

Reimbursement - CCP, I don't want to play with everyone else so you should reimburse my losses in PVP.
